■オン・ザ・ロック
☆別売の盃（200cc）にΦ60mmの球形氷（別売の製氷器で製氷）を入れて「醲献（jo-con）」30ccを注ぎます。氷が解けるのを待ちながらゆっくりと呑んで下さい。
氷が解けて薄くなっても「醲献（jo-con）」の持つ本来の味、香りをしっかりと保っています。
☆100cc位の小さなグラスに角氷を適量（グラスからはみ出さない程度）入れて「醲献（jo-con）」を氷ひたひたまで注いで下さい。
こちらは氷の解けるのが早いのでハイペースな方に向いています。

■お湯割り・水割り
☆「JO-CON」２に対してお湯または水１を加えるとアルコール度：約25度のお酒ができます。これをそのまま呑んだりお燗にして呑んだりまたオンザロックも面白いでしょう。
☆「JO-CON」１に対してお湯または水1.5を加えるとアルコール度：約15度（一般的な日本酒のアルコール度）のお酒になります。
お好みの温度でお召し上がり下さい。

1 glass of boiled water (about 100℃) or cold water
# With a ratio of 2 JO-CON to 1 hot or cold water, the alcohol level becomes 25%. Please enjoy it, straight, hot, or on the rocks.
# With a ratio of 1 JO-CON to 1.5 water, the alcohol level becomes 15%, the same as regular sake.

■クラッシュアイス
☆早稲田「日本料理　松下」松下さんが考案したクラッシュアイスバージョン。包丁で細かっく削ったクラッシュアイスをグラスいっぱいに詰め、3分の1ほどの高さまで「JOーCON」を注ぐ。「甘さが消えて、きりっとした味わいが楽しめます」（松下さん）
